What about the lists?
We pay very close attention to the experience of your customer. For example, we have a very good reason for sending the customer the file as an attachment: it sounds best that way. Likewise, we never want to send anything to anyone by surprise, so we make sure your customers confirm that sending them audio e-mail is OK with them. That means two things: a little prep work on the lists you already have, and building 100% opt-in lists from then on. We do that with a confirmation loop. In a nutshell, when someone signs up for your list, they are sent a little note with a coded subject line that they have to send back to confirm that they actually want to be on your list. This makes sure that that snot-nose kid down the street can't sign up the entire state of Nebraska to your list. More importantly, it keeps you legal with the growing number of states that have severe penalties for unsolicited commercial e-mail, or spam. This must cost a fortune. Nope.
